Public Health Education

Le français suit.

This is an open community supported by The Association of Faculties of Medicine of Canada (AFMC). We’re working to enhance the teaching of prevention, public and population health in Canada’s medical education programs. This community is open to all health professions, educators and learners, worldwide. You’re welcome to browse, or become a member to engage.

To provide feedback on the AFMC Primer on Population Health, you need to become a member and post in the discussion forum. It only takes a few minutes. There are also other topics for discussion, or start your own forum topic. Search our library collections for tools and teaching resources, or better yet, add your tools to the library.

Enquiries should be directed to the community administrators listed on the right-side menu of this page or to publichealth at afmc.ca.

AFMC would like to acknowledge and thank the Public Health Agency of Canada for their financial contributions to the first phase of our public health education initiative.
